Failing hard drive

Windows Vista has reported one of my hard drives is failing, seem to be experiencing this quite often, not only on my computers but at work, I am using the hard drive manufactures tools to diagnose the problem.

Dell T105 Raid Controller

Installed a raid controller card into a Dell T105 server, needed a replacement cable from Dell, original supplied had wrong power connector, card did not come with driver, which needed to be installed from a floppy disk, system is now raid 1.

Operating Systems

I am very interested in Windows & Linux operating systems, I intend to publish my studies of both these operating systems.
